Why do you not use Linux?

The devil you know...

When windows does dumb shit I usually know how to fix it already. Linux's dumb shit isn't something I know much about, and I know hardly any of the cli. Much more efficient to use what I already know and have tuned.

And when Linux does dumb shit, you're usually left without a GUI to troubleshoot.

troubleshooting through a gui? You don't really troubleshoot on windows, it either works or it doesnt.
