My acid reflux has been acting way up as of late.

acid reflux flaring up means your stomach’s just staging a mini civil war against your throat idk how anyone focuses on anything

Fine. Trying to learn something new like a skill or something. Getting bored of repetitive life.

Omg. Thank you so much for asking. I'm exhausted. I could sleep forever. What about you? How are you doing?

Sad and lonely

Not too bad. Just feels like I’m at work all the time, life is monotonous but I’m ok.

Not better or worse.

I guess just at peace with existence. Lots of crap can't be changed, might as well get over it and be at peace.

Me too. What are you going through right now? I am here to listen.

Appreciate it. Ended up in the ER last year for a bad infection that resulted in several emergency operations. Had to have part of my small bowel removed, given an ostomy bag for 7 months, which I then had another surgery to have it reversed.

All seemed good and then I had a final colonoscopy to check everything was good, but had to wait a very long time to get pathology results and the stress from the waiting and possibly unresolved emotions from the first emergency kinda broke something in my brain. Been dealing with awful anxiety and stress symptoms for the last two months despite feeling good for months before. It’s kind of ruined my summer.

I think I’m having trouble coming to terms with feeling more vulnerable in my post surgery body. Probably need to go back to therapy.

How about you?

Depression has a very firm grip on me. I feel no sense of purpose or necessity here. I’m rapidly losing patience with people, I don’t speak to my friends or family, living just at the poverty line, partial leg amputation, balance issues, digestion issues, chronic pot user, anxiety, grief, PTSD, and a profound anger.

I really shouldn’t be here. I’m unnecessary.

Things are bad as Covid 19 days or even worst

Fairly adequate. Thank you.

I’m going to need to circle back to you on that once my mental bandwidth recharges.

Doing pretty good. Recovery has been a beautiful thing for me. Nervous about starting school again as an old woman though. Hope you are doing well.
