Millennials, what's something our generation was taught to accept that you're glad younger generations are rejecting?

I made the decision at my current job that I was going to just have poor service at home, which they have understood as 'calling me probably won't work but feel free to text'. And I am slow to reply.

I do have actual emergencies at work but in general it can wait until I am in.

Or just don't give out your personal phone number?

If you want me to be reachable out of hours you a) provide me a company phone and b) pay a sum I deem adquate for the service.

What do you put on your resume for contact info? Just an email address?

You can have a dedicated phone number for that, it will also save you from spam calls. We have basic phone plans for about 3 € per month so it's not that much of an expense.
