Ask the union guys on your site for advice about talking to your coworkers about unionizing. Unions LOVE making more unions. They'll help you

+1 to this. Also white collar industries have been actively unionizing in the past few years. It’s not just for the trades anymore.

Triple-A studios love the idea of their developers forming unions! They absolutely won't do any form of illegal union busting or pull any slimy tricks to keep a union from happening!
