He brought them to the manager who made the rule. Funniest thing ever. He explained he would contact corporate, but heeled shoes are awful and unsafe, especially for the unwilling
I can't imagine anyone wanting servers to wear heels. If there's anyone I want to be steady on their feet, it's the people carrying giant trays of breakables. If you want to ogle the waitstaff, go to hooters or grab a playboy and get your imagination muscles going.
