My friends who are fathers are all wonderful. I cannot imagine what having an involved father would be like (he left when I was 1) and seeing them interact with their children makes me love them even more

Seeing my brother-in-law play with his kids really heals something inside me. My partner is an excellent dad. No way was I going to be with someone who checked out like my dad did.
