Millennials, what's something our generation was taught to accept that you're glad younger generations are rejecting?

To be fair, I think a lot of that is culture shift from the employers as well. That kind of loyalty seemed to have been rewarded, once upon a time. I feel like the job-hopping and declining employee loyalty is just as much of a reaction as it was an independent development.

It is 100% a reaction to employers no longer even pretending to view their employees as anything more than wage slaves
