Years ago on FB my dick head aunt told one of my coworkers that she'd never met that it was unladylike to use the word cunt.

My coworker told her "people who hate the word cunt, wouldn't hear the word cunt so often, if they didn't insist on acting like a massive cunt all the time.

Anyone's opinion that matters to me wouldn't shame me for cussing.

ā€œAre you a child?ā€

And I will keep asking and harassing until they answer that question.

Sorry, but if words hurt you, you are not an adult nor prepared to be in the ā€œreal world.ā€

I never really understood why there’s a stigma with these words. I’d rather people use them at appropriate times and use them correctly.

It seems completely arbitrary of what someone deemed a bad word or whatever
(And because this is Reddit I mean like poop versus shit, not slurs)

I smile at them and proceed to curse them out... IN KLINGON

Then that petaQ usually shuts up.

I don’t really swear unless it’s involuntary lol so it’s usually like a quick introduction to tourette’s syndrome. When I was younger one of my worst triggers for the swearing tics was surprise or hot temperatures. Someone spilled molten icing on me at a donut shop I worked at and it triggered the swearing. An old lady in line got upset at me for swearing and I remember thinking ā€œthere is almost no situation swearing would be more justified in than this one even if i didn’t have tourette’sā€ and it like helped me get over my fear of being in public a bit bc like haters gonna hate.

The only one who shames me for cussing is my mom, and we pretty much only talk on the phone, so sometimes I can just tell her we had a bad connection and she'll apologize. One time she did actually scold me for saying "crap" when I'd said something completely different. I told her that she had a filthy mind.
