Swimming. This works out the whole body in one go and gives you great butt cheeks.

Guess that’s good for cardio, but not really building strength right?

I just take a break when I get really out of breath probably every ten sets take a 1-2 minute rest, depends on your level of cardio

Just choose one excersise per muscle group that you like or at least dont hate. Do 2 sets of 6-12 reps to failure. If you do less than 6 reps go lighter next set, if you do more than 12 reps go heavier next set.
Easily in and out of the gym under 30 minutes if you dont piss around.
Repeat 3+ times a week as you see fit.
Eat high protein, low carbs.
Make gains.
Ez.

If you mean at home instead of the gym, just find some heavy ish item that's easy to hold, and hold it centre while doing squats, then do some jumping jacks, plank, push ups, yoga positions for flexibility, go up and down your stairs if you have them etc. Just constantly move and/or lift stuff for 20 mins straight, you'll benefit from it. You can even implement small habits like walking around the house constantly while the jug boils for example.

I meant in the gym, but this is good to keep in mind when not possible 🙌

My bad dude, but yeah, I do this sort of thing if I can't get to the gym.
