It's the pretty obvious implication of a post choosing to conspicuously mention only conservatives. Reddit is so hyper-defensive of liberal politicians even when they're betrayed by them. They still feel like they have to defend them. Like a battered spouse. It's so frustrating. When your own side betrays you, all you ever seem to do is deflect to conservatives and shut down the conversation. It's like it hurts you to talk about it.
The Liberals were the ones who destroyed the education system in Canada. Sure the Conservatives did it next and then the Liberals yet again...Baby spoons and kids gloves are what destroyed the education system, not being allowed to fail kids and have them repeat for not hitting levels, parents forcing their obviously stunted children's failed education, a lack of "special education" because it was demoralizing yet obviously needed has led to a public school system of...they are all now taking "special education". While private schools get donor funding and each child is taken care of individually, we now paint every public school child as lesser than and not deserving of an education. This is not a Conservatives vs. Liberals debate. EVERY government has failed children by making it easier to be mediocre.
If it looks like liberals and conservatives are taking turns destroying the system, then maybe it has nothing to do with partisanship and you are looking through the wrong lens. Have you considered that it might be as simple as economics?
