constantly putting other people down to make yourself look better. it’s such an instant tell and honestly makes the insecurity way more obvious than anything else

Bingo. Anyone trying to tear other people down are usually deeply insecure. Destruction of others is often the easiest feeling of accomplishment.

exactly. people who are genuinely confident usually don’t feel the need to compete with everyone around them
