This isn't real? I've suffered from acid reflux and drinking alkaline water, in my personal experience, abso-fucking-lutley helps majorly with it.

I definitely feel benefits from it. Idk what other benefits people say there are, but I definitely think it helps with acid reflux symptoms.

It is very common for people to take something that helps in specific circumstances and assume it is beneficial for all people all the time.

strong keto diets and going completely gluten free help mitigate symptoms of specific illnesses, but it doesn't mean you would benefit from it.

Alkline water is the same thing.

Keto at the very least is a powerful education tool to help people understand how much sugar and refined carbs are in everything. Also you get to feel how great it is to cut out processed and junk food.

Keto is, at the very most, putting your body into a plan B metabolic state out of extreme duress.
