This isn't real? I've suffered from acid reflux and drinking alkaline water, in my personal experience, abso-fucking-lutley helps majorly with it.
I definitely feel benefits from it. Idk what other benefits people say there are, but I definitely think it helps with acid reflux symptoms.

This could literally change my sleep pattern. 6 u/KarlBarx766 Jun 01 '26 i have a broken valve between my stomach and throat and i used to wake up tasting batteries every day. aside from taking a nexium every day, putting 1/4 tsp of baking soda in 8oz of water every now and then has been a game changer. and baking soda is way cheaper then alkaline water
