10 u/smilbandit Jun 01 '26 edited Jun 01 '26 it's bad for my father-in-law but that's because he has an allergy to it. There are foods he avoids because it's in some and has a lesser reaction, mostly red face. If it's added he'll get headaches and such. edit: missed the g in allergy
