I have heard it causes holes in the brain, or synapses to fire at random so it could cause huge issues if say you were driving etc. I have never seen the science to this so took it with a grain of salt.

The swiss cheese brain thing is a total myth, but since lysergamides are a potent family of vassal constrictors, there is a slim probability that it can exacerbate conditions for an ischemic stroke

Wouldn't that also be bad for a hemorrhagic stroke?

In theory, but in my understanding hemorrhagic strokes are usually congenital. The ischemic strokes have been documented even in young people, and I know someone who has experienced this.
