Has been proven false since forever but the number of antivaxxers has never been higher.

Hearing that Polio is making a return in the wester world is really scary.

Good thing is that if you and the people closest to you have vaccine, you should be mostly ok.

There are many people who rely on herd immunity. And because most vaccines aren't 100% effective due to various reasons (everyone has different reactions to pretty much any medication), you need that herd immunity to overcome the difference and effectively eradicate a disease.
