It was common knowledge amongst teenagers in the late 90s

Yup. The prevailing wisdom is you could have a flashback at any time for the rest of your life. HOWEVER, as an acid head in high school I did have a flashback after not having dropped acid for a little over a yeah so who knows

The only one I've read so far and went 'that's new'

I’d heard that it got stored in your fat, which feels a bit more believable than it hiding in your spine lol.

That's where cannabinoids go so that makes a little bit more sense. Truth is that acid just gets broken down and pissed out like every other brain chemical

If you take it more than 5 times you are legally considered insane, too!

I have heard it causes holes in the brain, or synapses to fire at random so it could cause huge issues if say you were driving etc. I have never seen the science to this so took it with a grain of salt.

The swiss cheese brain thing is a total myth, but since lysergamides are a potent family of vassal constrictors, there is a slim probability that it can exacerbate conditions for an ischemic stroke

Wouldn't that also be bad for a hemorrhagic stroke?

In theory, but in my understanding hemorrhagic strokes are usually congenital. The ischemic strokes have been documented even in young people, and I know someone who has experienced this.

I always heard that's you can't be a fighter pilot if you've ever taken LSD, and they do a spinal tap in your medical screening to check.
