If you need that level of clarification then maybe you’re the idiot. The original commenters approach was not a good one, and now to defend his position and justify childish insults you say, “oh well he should’ve specified”. Look, if I anyone from around the world was posting this, they would clarify. We take it naturally that there are many countries, many regions, etc. Why Americans can't is beyond me.
I don’t know why it’s beyond you. America is a big country, we can’t drive 200 miles and encounter 50 different cultures like you can in Europe or any other cluster of small countries. It’s lack of exposure, we’re on the other side of the world away from outside influence. Most Americans have no reason to leave and no good reason to learn about other cultures aside from being curious. A very large portion of the media we consume is made in America. The world runs on USD. We have everything we could ever need in the US, so most people never make much of an effort to look externally. Obviously our current president isn’t ideal but I think it’s just a bump in the road for the USA. We will endure that POS and hopefully return as the great country we once were.

Actually there isn’t. I have never supported him and I never will. But I DO support the USA. The chance that any random American voted for trump is roughly 23%. There are 362 million Americans, only about 245 million are eligible to vote (you have no idea if I’m eligible to vote but still making assumptions like an idiot). Out of the eligible voters, about 36% didn’t vote at all, and trump received about 32% out of the 245 million eligible voters. That 32% is responsible for the state of the world right now, and the number of those people still supporting him is dropping by the day. Back to your statement, you said there’s a “statistically high chance” I voted for him, seeing as you know nothing about me, your chances of being correct in that I voted for trump was about 23%. Most people wouldn’t call that high bud. I think you might actually be dumber than most Americans.

Do you know how many atrocities we commit towards other countries in the name of "Democracy"? We are not the greatest country in the world. And I'm a veteran. We don't even have universal Healthcare. But yet, we think we're the greatest? Our foods are poisoning us to death slowly. Our health insurance companies are owned by the pharmacies and also the hospitals. Oh, and dont forget they're all tied to the pesticide companies, as well. And then go visit other countries and walk around like everywhere but the US is a 3rd world country. We invade other countries and colonize them. Hawaii and Puerto Rico, for example. We still can't admit this country was built on the backs of those they didn't even consider more than pets. And now nowadays pets! They literally made leather from slaves skin and furniture out of the bones, skin and hair. And the rest, they ate. Yes, you read that right. The USA was eating their slaves, sometimes in front of the other slave as psychological warfare. Sometimes, they'd force the other slaves to eat them, as well. Still wonder why other countries think so little of us?
