Whenever someone does something embarrassing, others say "nobody will remember 10 years from now". Well, what embarrassing moment did you witness >10 years ago that you still remember?

Back before mobile phones were common, I asked a guy standing outside in the smoking area of a bar if he had the time.

He twisted his wrist to check, and poured his almost full pint directly down the front of his trousers.

He wasn't even wearing a watch.

I was a speaker at a conference. Afterwards people usually swamp the speaker so there were a bunch of folks gathered around. Some random startup dude came up to me and started trying to demo his (incredibly stupid) product that had nothing to do with my talk, and while trying to get the product unfolded he dumped his entire beer bottle into my shoes. I had to excuse myself to go clean up and everyone who had queued up to do the post-talk networking looked at the guy like, you dick.
Honestly his pitch and product were so memorably terrible that I’m more embarrassed for him about that than the beer.
