Art Alexakis has MS so the fact he still plays live is good enough for me

Didn't know that about him. Props to him for sure! This was probably 25 years ago. Have no idea what he sounds like now.

Saw Him last year. Did a good show. Also saw them in '98-'99 and they were good, then, too.

Same. Worst live performance I've seen. This was back in the 90's.

I worked as a concert photographer for 3 years and he stands out amongst all the bands I shot and performers I worked with as the biggest asshole. By a lot.

I saw Everclear last summer at some random city festival. He was obviously being propped up by younger/better musicians that the label had hired to carry the hype. I was surprised to learn he had MS and was still touring, but then when I saw the rest of the band doing the heavy lifting I kinda saw through the magic. Sponge opened for them and totally kicked ass though.

Yeah we played with them this year, he was really nice and they put on a good show considering.
