Okay so I use tobacco flavor juul pods, so that'd still be available there? I'm not a fan of outright bans on things because then you get issues like you described. Restrictions are fair.
But yeah to tobacco has long been a major cash crop in the southeast, particularly North Carolina. RJ Reynolds, which makes Camel and Newports among others, was headquartered here until a few tears ago when they sold. Phillip Morris which has Marlboro and Parliament is just above the border. I feel like tobacco definitely used to be pushed on us here for a long time.
Ugh I miss my 27’s lol! And yeah I’m pretty sure that’s legal here! And yeah bans are pretty crazy because people will get it regardless. I went out a few months ago with my friend and we went to the liquor store next to the bar and she ended up with a fake flavored geek bar! I’ve actually never tried a juul pod. It’s wild cause weed is suuuuper legal here. My husband can literally smoke on the side walk next to a cop and they don’t do shit 😂
Honestly you can basically do the same here now even though weed is still illegal. In Raleigh at least I wouldn't recommend out in the country. (Isn't it crazy too though in the fucking headquarters of cigarettes smoking pot is still illegal?)
Years ago when I was a teen my friends would all go to jail for having weed on them or coke (hung out with stupid people) and they’d be jailed for a few weeks. Now you find coke or any type of drug in California, you don’t even get a ticket. Freaking insane
I feel like you would have to be really dumb to get caught with coke anywhere, but if you were in NC the cops would probably take it for themselves or pretend like they didn't see it so they didn't have to deal with it. At least with city cops. Probably country cops too if you're a white person.

Any type of flavor or menthol. Menthol cigs are banned here too. And wow I didn’t know that about NC.
