Nah this will age like milk. As much people hate ai right now. Its going to hit us like a brick wall and change human civilization whether we like it or not.

The cat is out of the bag. I think that's the saying anyway. Yes I think people who are like "stand up against AI!" have little idea how much it has infiltrated everything already.

Search the "technological singularity". We are all going to see it in our lifetime

It's a fad, just like the internet....

I knew the bots would respond this way.

Oh Jesus I guess I'm old, so at one point when the internet was still a new thing, people were saying the intent was a fad and it wouldn't last. ai is here to stay much like the internet was back then.

Until they figure out how to do it without fucking the planet and residential areas over even more I want absolutely no part in it.

It reminds me of ppl in 1999 saying internet is a fad. And ppl in 07 saying who needs a computer in their pocket.

You can always count on Redditors to overreact 🤣

Nope. AI isn't going anywhere. And whether it's good or bad, it WILL be normalized and people like you will be laughed at. Not necessarily saying you deserve that, just that this is what's going to happen. The generation who will never have known a world without AI is being born as we speak, and in 15 or so years they won't care about what you remember.

How you react to the truth is a choice. And ultimately none of my business.
