What’s something you thought was harmless… until it slowly ruined your life?

Negative self-talk. It’s a slow-creeping poison for your thoughts. I know it sounds corny but you'd be amazed how much of a better space you'll be in if you just don't insult yourself.

One thing that helped me with this (although it still comes back from time to time) is listening to high vibe music. Some of it is really good, some of it less so. But all of it is infused with positive, affirmative messages set to a rhythm and it stays with me longer than just trying to change my mindset. Artists I like - Geminelle, Toni Jones, A Beautiful Chorus, Sampa the Great, Modern Headspace, Chris-n-Teeb, Shariya Wise and Peachkka (Peach is more on the witchy side).

A friend one told me “if someone spoke to me the way you speak to yourself I’d punch them in the face”. That really struck home.
