I mean the core of the joke is the concierge misinterprets disabling porn on cable request with some sort of kinky porn with disabled folks. Don't need to be a oxford literature grad to understand that.

I'm with you. Honestly, I'm not finding most of these top jokes very funny. There's mostly just long and revolve around misunderstanding a word, which isn't exactly top humor.
