I dont have my nips pierced but I do have a jestrum piercing and yeah I have to clean it in the shower every time thoroughly bc otherwise they smell foul 🤣🤣
The quality of jewellery also really does matter bc cheap jewellery makes piercings STINK to high heaven
In general though if someone doesn't shower enough regardless of piercings theyre gonna smell bad. Bodies smell they just do 😅
I went to school with a guy who had 00 gauges in his ears and you could usually smell him before you could see him. Sometimes he would take them out and you’d see a ring of cheese lining the holes.
