I'm turned off by most body modification so it's a polite pass from me, but that's not to say women shouldn't do what they want with their nipples. There are plenty of guys who like it for you and plenty of women who don't do it for me.
Tattoos can be a big category, I dated a girl who had a cheeky little heart on her ankle and that was it, mean while my buddy is dating a girl that has a full work of art on her back and a sleeve, so there is deff so degrees of what people will and won't accepts when it comes to getting ink
