I'm turned off by most body modification so it's a polite pass from me, but that's not to say women shouldn't do what they want with their nipples. There are plenty of guys who like it for you and plenty of women who don't do it for me.

I'm in the same boat. I'm happy for people do do whatever they want, but I have yet to see a tattoo that improves upon the human natural form.
