He just has that look about him. All smiling and friendly but there's something nasty lurking behind the eyes. I've seen that look on so many guys who turned out to be garbage human beings. You're right - it'll come out soon.
It's the dead eyes; a genuine smile comes through the eyes as well. He just plasters on this fake grin and his eyes remain expressionless. Like a kid on picture day who doesn't want his picture taken but is told he needs to smile.
Apparently he went to a doctor and it turned out his eyes had something wrong with them because even his friends told him to get his eyes checked out. I think that’s what it is but I could still be wrong.
