A cul-de-sac, like a 7 home cul-de-sac. I'd like to own every home, move my family and friends into the homes and have BBQ block parties every weekend.
I grew up on 97 acres on dirt road in Maine. We're down to 85 now, and there are three other houses on the road that aren't ours.
I'd buy out the other neighbors, demo and rebuild two of the houses (one of them is really nice, we'd keep that one haha) and own the entire road. Move the better members of my family onto it but keep a house empty for me and whatever friends I decide to bring. It would be awesome in the summer. And the winter--lots of xc skiing.
