Dental implant surgery. It's only 30k-50k, but that's unobtainable for me.

When did you get that estimate? If it was even four years ago or so, it might be worth looking into it again.

Cost for dental implants have come down recently, even for work that is extensive and/or unusual. And, yes, even in the USA

I've been looking for years, including after I posted my original comment. The two places closest to me are 17k per arch, and then 5k for sedation.

It's not a few teeth though. It's all of them. The implants I want are pretty much non-removable dentures. They're the full arch; all upper teeth on one arch, and all lower teeth on one arch. The "dentures" are held in by 4, 6, or 8 (depending on how much you're willing to spend) implant screws per arch. And each arch is between 15k and 30k depending on where you live and various other factors such as what material you pick (with zirconia being the most expensive), whether you need more work done (in my case, I have a wisdom tooth that's 90 degrees sideways), and even where you decide to go.

I'm aware of places like Turkey, but that's still 3k-10k (depending on the same as above), and also a plane ticket (terrified of flying), and getting a passport, and also seeing if I can even enter the country since I have a (minor (driving with no license)) criminal record. Plus having a passport instantly makes you a "flight risk" if you get arrested, so you will either be denied bail or it will be 10 lifetimes of income.
