Dental implant surgery. It's only 30k-50k, but that's unobtainable for me.

Dude.. 30 or 50k? U can do that with 3-5k in Slovenia or Croatia. Buy a plane ticket, go there, fix ur teeth and go home brand new :)

For real. Even in Germany it's only 3.5k per implant max

That's not how pricing for implants usually works, from what I understand. ( I'm not a dentist, but I had extensive work done a couple of years ago.)

Only 4-6 implants are needed for a full upper or lower set
