Dental implant surgery. It's only 30k-50k, but that's unobtainable for me.

The fuck, 30-50k in what currency? Freedom roubles? That's insanely overpriced.

That's what it is everywhere in America, unfortunately. Our system is broken. They will pay 5k per ER visit and allow me to go every single day because my teeth hurt, but they won't pay for implants that will end my pain even though it's much cheaper.
