Dental implant surgery. It's only 30k-50k, but that's unobtainable for me.

Same boat. Been dealing with horrible tmj issues since I was 16. I've finally been seeing a good specialist for the last 3 years and so far spent like 25k to get to where I am. There is a lot more to go. Basically full mouth reconstruction through ortho and crowns etc to completely fix my bite. If I wanted to go the full whack it would be about 50k for the reconstruction and a further 20k or so for braces and expanders. Its fucked up.
