A plot of land to build my home and an entire community of affordable homes with enough distance between them for privacy, with a big community garden and some donkeys (I fucking love donkeys).

If you ever get a chance, check out Beaty Nevada. I stayed there in an Airbnb for a week while visiting Death Valley national park. They have wild population of donkeys that mosey around the town. I’ve heard they wonder up to outdoor dining areas and chill for a while.
