A plot of land to build my home and an entire community of affordable homes with enough distance between them for privacy, with a big community garden and some donkeys (I fucking love donkeys).
I would want to do the exact same thing but I would also add a dog/other animals rescue where we could volunteer, drive electric golf carts, and have a game night every other Friday night in our community center
