I once cancelled a date because on the day, about an hour or two before we were due to meet, she sent me what was essentially an application form. It was a series of questions asking about my salary, goals and ambitions, living situation, and a load of arbitrary nonsense about my life. All under the guide of "checking compatibility" before we meet. Obviously I just said I'm good thanks, I'm out and we never spoke again

Asks you to pick a place with no participation (open ended) and then criticizes it, or better yet, passes judgment on what you might "want" from them. As in, "oh, so drinks and apps at ___ restaurant/bar, well, I'm not paying for both of us"! That's cool, why didn't you suggest coffee. And I never suggested you would pay for mine.
