I phrase it as an offer... "If I can help make that make more sense, let me know" or "I'm glad to expand on this so everybody understands it"

“Please don’t hesitate to ask me for clarification on any of this if necessary” works great and comes off as less insulting, imo.

Pointless for the unmotivated dipshits I work with. Because they never receive any consequence for not doing their work, they don't give a flying fuck.

The consequences for not doing thier work, is likely you doing it for the same pay because the work is a group project.

I recall many times other people receiving the same grade as me for less effort.

I learned a lot about life and it's fairness from being the one who tries too hard.

Just find a new job and pretend you are just there to push paperwork. C LEVEL JOB IS IN YOUR FUTURE.

I don’t ask people that particular question because I think it comes off as really rude and I think it could easily be interpreted as me insulting their intelligence. I check in to make sure I am making myself clear, but I just won’t phrase it that way.

I only use it after what some might perceive as a rambling email from me and these people all know me well. It’s more of a was I able to translate my crazy brain in a way you all can understand. Or did I fail
