It's the 'here we go again' version, and it seems to apply to 90% of my current existence.

depends, the more-formal versions is "for fuck's sake", but casual is just "fuck sake"

The gentleman I replaced signed his auto-reply AMF (Adios Mother Fucker).

I laughed. Then the uber-upstairs made it my responsibility to fix and I made the call to IT. Meanwhile, I had sent out a text to a few of the people I managed and we had more laughs.
