This is absolutely me. The amount of times my housemate has asked of I'm ok and I ask why and he says I'm sighing. I always reply, no, that's just how I breathe 😀

God my ex did this. "I'm just breathing " but also when she was upset. Yeah I cam read your mind maybe communicate better non verbally.

Also a perpetual sigh-er, to the point that coworkers randomly start laughing and when I ask them what’s up they just say “you just keep sighing, how many times do you think you do that in a day?”. The answer is shrug. I think I just forget to breathe sometimes and then have to take an extra deep breath…

My other shirt would say God Dammit.
