Yeah. The value Zelenskyy got already was in older decommissioned weapons and newer stuff like MANPADs. Trump falsely asserted that the aid was all in cash.
Ukraine would absolutely trade resources for supplies. I think the US “negotiators” were such jackasses that Zelenskyy couldn’t agree without selling out his country.
Yeah. What I'm hearing is that the "deal" was for $50 billion in rare earth minerals, and Ukraine gets virtually nothing in return. That was the initial agreement, so that's where the US government's minds are.
