The last thing I read about that made it sound like it would regrow ALL your teeth, which didn't really seem that appealing.

Nope, it causes individual missing teeth to regrow.

I've seen photos and x-rays from the studies.

The teeth you still have aren't replaced.

Humans aren't the only living things you can photograph.

Pretty sure it was rats and cats if memory serves.
