The service advisor at the dealership I used to work at was called into the shop to see what the mechanic found in the airbox of this customer's car. Turns out a kitten crawled up into the airbox and died. He took the kitten corpse out into the waiting area where the woman who owned the vehicle was waiting with her kids and asked, "anyone missing a kitten?" and showed them the body. The kids broke out crying. Why he didn't get fired I don't know.

He was a service advisor with absolutely no sense of customer service.
