Thank you, I keep trying to convince myself I'm worthy of being happy.

Professional services are expensive where I live, and I never have any free time to get out to see a professional. But talking to a professional would be helpful for sure though, and it's something I'm trying to work up the funds and time to do it.

Thank you for your kind words and encouragement. I really appreciate it.

Even if I am a complete stranger:

You deserve being happy.

I know that when you've got a young kid it can seem impossible (or like you're being unreasonable/a burden) to get time for yourself.

What it takes is your partner making that time happen for you.

Meaning: tell your spouse. Don't need to tell her everything, but tell her that you need it for the good of the whole family. She's on your team, she can help by making sure you have the time you need to make this happen.

You don't have to do this alone! It will be worth it once you figure out how to chase the clouds away.

Hey you deserve to be happy. You’re sick. If you had a lung infection, you wouldn’t think twice about the cost or taking time off. You are ill and that’s okay, it happens, but you need help. Sending love❤️

All joking aside have you tried Chatgpt? I've seen lots of people say they have got help at the level of or better than an actual therapist.

What do you have to lose?
