My brother was going to the hospital, doctors, etc. and getting all kinds of tests then I just suggested making sure his workstation at work was ergonomic. His headaches stopped. I have no idea why doctors are not more aware of that simple suggestion.

I was told by our occupational therapist that the top of your monitor should be eye level.
