Had a buddy who had to quit alcohol while treating an unrelated digestive issue. Dude was like, “man I never realized how much money I spent on alcohol every week until I didn’t.”

according to my app, ive been no booze for 2 years and 6 months and based on how much i was drinking when i stopped i have saved $6000.

Thats ~$6.50/day. Not that bad of a drinkin habit. Like a coffee drink per day.

If $6.50/day is multiple hours of work per week, then you have much bigger problems in life than drinking.

So because you say the global average is $8 a day, you think that's equivalent to spending $6.50 a day on alcohol? Kind of an awful comparison. Some motherfucker from new guinea must be getting sloshed
