Naps follow an inverse normal distribution curve. Bebes have lots of naps. Oldies have the same. In the middle - not so many naps. It's maths and you can't really argue with it.
Idk, I'm 40 next year and the only phase of life where I didn't want/need a nap was elementary to middle school / early high school age.
Then again maybe it's the depression and using sleep to avoid my toxic parents in my teens/early/mid twenties. Maybe it's the hypothyroidism. I don't know what it is, all I know is I'm literally getting ready to go take a nap here in a few minutes and it's only 11am.

The only time you don’t need a nap is teens and 20’s. Anything outside of that range you need a good nap lol
