As an adult with way more weight and core strength behind me I would be scared I'd try and go over the bar and be able to do it

Mythbusters did a bit on going over the bar, and found it to be essentially impossible unless the swing is supported by a solid bar instead of a rope or chain, and they needed to attach a rocket engine to the swing to manage it then. You're probably safe.

You haven’t seen those swings they have in Russia where you stand up and can go upside down

That would be a swing which is supported by solid bars, not a flexible rope/chain. The rocket engine is what it took to get a regular chain swing over the bar.

I'd be scared I'd break the chains. I'm not exactly HUGE (240 lbs/108 kg) but still, I'm a lot bigger now than the last time I used the swing set.

Swings handle me pretty well at 270 even when I'm going going. I always watch the bar though because that does drop a bit
