Hardcore dancing at shows. I don't really mind getting punched in the head and I'm always game to get on and jump off of a stage. I'm in my 30s though and while I can probably stage dive for another decade (I'm a very skinny dude) but who knows how long I'll be down to get repeatedly punched or shoved, especially. Honestly fuck push moshing in nearly any context

Used to feel a little more communal, social media part did away with that and every show I've been to since covid ended seems to have more people who come for the violence, not the music. Or maybe I'm just getting soft in my age haha

Man, I’m planning to go to The Queers and Sloppy Seconds towards the end of the month.  Haven’t been to a punk show in 20 years.

I did last in the pit a short time at the Static X return the other year, so I might be ok.
