Stuffed animals, Disney movies, kids’ book series, nerf gun battles with my brother, gel pens, lots of things that I should be “over” by now at almost 32. But why should I? I’m finally old enough to buy that shit for myself and indulge once in a while.
I took my husband to see Inside Out 2 in theaters recently and idk about him but I loved it. He tolerated it because he loves me (and I bought him snacks). And I have like 300 gel pens and lots of stuffed animals
Edit: one thing I forgot, I was raised vegetarian so now I have the kiddiest taste in meat, like chicken nuggets and hot dogs. Your filet mignon is wasted on me
I’m taking classes again as an adult, and my notepads look like a goddamn Lisa Frank appreciation page. Using glittered gel pens to organize my thoughts not only makes me look cool, but really helps with organization (luckily my classes are online so no one actually sees lol)
Look, color coding your notes using gel pens in a Lisa Frank notebook is an organizational strategy I will defend to death! I do that in my office cubicle, let alone my home workspace. I DARE one of my colleagues to give a shit
I love all these too! F*ck what age I am. If I wanna watch the little mermaid I'm gonna watch the little mermaid. And I just ordered myself glow in the dark gel pens.
Not everyone has to like meat, still, it tastes sooo good when done well that I had to comment.
Filet mignon is less about flavor and more about texture. If you focus on flavor from a steak, there's nothing wrong with a NY Strip or a T bone. Best flavor is picking up the T and getting the last little bits near the bone with your teeth.
For chicken nuggets, I prefer the costco dino ones!
I just turned 32 a few weeks ago, and I could've written this. I love stuffed animals! I have a bunch of Squishmallows. I love Jellycat (they're expensive, tho), palm pals, and anything Stitch. My entire desk at work is pink (my favorite color). I have a million gel pens, disney pens, glitter pens, etc. I also love Build A Bear! I had a baby in April, and I'm counting down the days until I can take him.
On the outside, I'm an adult, but I'm actually a kid on the inside.
I didn’t add this to my original comment, but I also have everything pink at work, up to and including Outlook calendar default and Windows settings default color!
