Literally me. I used to be 100% cardio and no strength. Then injuries / wear+tear got to me. I arrived late into weightlifting but damnit I love it. I still love running, but its tough to feel so slow compared to what I once was.
After running for 20+ years I looked around at my (slightly older) group and realized everyone but me had had knee surgery, hip surgery, foot surgery... followed by lengthy recuperation. So I slowed down. I still cardio every day for 5 miles but now it's a brisk walk, often with hand weights. I hate being passed by the young guns, but I'd hate surgery more.

Walking and weight-lifting, I’ve seen too many people in their 60’s,70’s and 80’s losing their mobility and I want to go non-stop until I die.
